Step foot into a piece of America’s rich iconic history from The Art Deco era. The Orpheum, a historical grand theater rebuilt and brought back to life into the Triangle’s newest and most unique event space and wedding venue. With hints of Art Deco and the roaring 20’s, this venue is sure to be one of a kind!

The exterior boasts of it’s original neon, picturesque marquee, Art Deco framing for custom movie posters and a grand entrance into the theater. Inside The Orpheum sits three different levels, all original layout, customized specifically for your beautiful day! The main floor consists of open grand ceilings, The Orpheum bar, main event space, The Carolina Suite, handicap accessible restrooms and catering prep kitchen. The Carolina Suite provides a private entrance/exit from the exterior of the building for the bridal party to come and go.

 

The Mezzanine level is the second floor that overlooks the downstairs event space. With custom metal railing and open ceiling, this makes for the perfect space for cocktail hour and extended reception space. There is also electrical provisions located behind the metal railing for a DJ to overlook the party and DJ from this upper level.

The Projection Suite is the third level of The Orpheum and is custom designed for the groom and his party. With views overlooking downtown Oxford and The Oprheum neon, this suite is a one of a kind space. What was once the room where the old films were projected from, now is the space for the groom and his party to get ready. Custom fit with poker table, lounge area, bathroom and its own private entrance and exit from the exterior of the building. This venue is one of a kind and holds so much history to Oxford and to North Carolina. We invite you to come tour and experience the feel and the grandness of this iconic theater!

 

A non-refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required to book your date along with signed contract. Pricing is subject to change later in the year, price is locked in upon deposit. Remaining payment must be made 60 days prior to date.
